It's probably fair to say that funnyman Fred Willard isn't laughing this morning.
CNN has confirmed that the "Anchorman" actor was arrested in Los Angeles Wednesday night for lewd conduct.

Why would this guy go out in public to shank his shaft? Pee-Wee Herman's "stroke" of genius occurred years ago, and yet, we still have celebrities fondling themselves openly, who have more to lose than some errant jizz bomb misplaced in a public place. Then again at 72-years-old, Fred Willard is probably happy to feel the slightest of penile sensations whenever possible=publicly or privately?
