“We have Saddam Hussein,” declared billionaire industrialist Charles Koch,apparently referring to President Barack Obama as he welcomed hundreds of wealthy guests to the latest of the secret fundraising and strategy seminars he and his brother host twice a year. This quote, borrowed from http://motherjones.com was secretly taped at a recent “secretive” meeting that is held twice a year by Charles&David Koch. According to Mother Jones, who was able to obtain audio recordings of these meetings, these recordings “provide a behind-the-scenes look at how the Koch brothers and their comrades talk when they gather.” They discuss their political goals and actually give the names of those wealthy politicians and businessmen who have contributed millions of dollars to this demonic duo’s main objective-To dictate their right-wing agenda of destroying attempts at deregulation, funding the racist Tea Party, and removing President Obama. From illegal business dealings with Iran…to lying about poisoning and causing the deaths of innocent people, Charles&David Koch will stop at nothing to illegally promote their twisted version of America and the rest of the world.
As much as these evil bastards try to cover their corrupted tracks, more information becomes available. The Koch Brothers are owners of Koch Industries which deals primarily in the energy and chemical industries. They actually inherited the business from their father. Fred Koch started a small oil company and according to Mother Jones was well known for his anti-government beliefs. When he died in 1967, Charles&David took control of the company and began to build it into a huge conglomerate that has dealings in over 50 countries.They are known for popular brand names such as Dixie cups,Brawny paper towels and Quilted Northern bath tissue. What they have been less known for is their huge contributions to politicians that they pay off to spread their agenda. According to http://www.bloomberg.com “Charles 75, and David 71, each worth about $20 billion, are prominent financial backers of groups that believe excess regulation is sapping the competitiveness of American business.”
Fred Koch had dealings with the anti-communist John Birch Society, which fought against the civil rights movement and the United Nations http://www.bloomberg.com. Like their father, Charles&David have expressed their wishes to abolish Social Security,The Federal Reserve System, welfare, minimum wage laws and federal agencies–including the Department of Energy,the FBI, and the CIA http://www.bloomberg.com. Most folks don’t realize how they incorporate these beliefs of anti-regulation into their business practices. A Bloomberg Markets investigation has found that Koch Industries–in addition to being involved in improper payments to win business in Africa, India and the Middle East has sold millions of dollars of petrochemical equipment to Iran, a country that the U.S. identifies as a sponsor of global terrorism http://www.bloomberg.com. It was not until former employees began to spill information about these payments that this information was brought to light. These degenerates have paid millions of dollars to settle countless lawsuits and they simply believe that their unlimited funds are the answer for any illegal activity that they engage in.
According to http://www.bloomberg.com, Koch Industries is obsessed with secrecy, to the point that it only discloses an approximation of its annual revenue–$100 billion a year–and says nothing about its profits. In 2008, Ludmila Egorova-Farines, who was newly hired as an ethics and compliance officer for a unit of Koch Industries let the cat out of the bag. She was able to uncover previously “hidden” illegal practices within a week after actually being sent by Koch Industries to investigate questionable management practices at a subsidiary located in southern France. What she found was that the company had made improper payments to secure contracts in six countries dating back to 2002. These payments were authorized by the business director of the company’s Koch-Glitsch affiliate in France http://www.bloomberg.com. Even as Koch Industries admitted activity that they themselves labeled as “violations of criminal law,” Egorova-Farines wasn’t applauded for her efforts, She was terminated and found incompetent in June 2009. They basically treated her as a corporate whistle blower which caused her to sue Koch-Glitsch in France for wrongful termination. Nice way to take care of your workers? Seems like a violation of the bullshit that they espouse as their top two values which they call Guiding Principles=Integrity&Compliance. As we continue on through this piece, we will find countless violations and practices that have nothing to do with EITHER of these principles. Deals with Iran, stealing oil from Indian reservations and the U.S., and lying about the amount of poisons being pumped into our communities will prove otherwise.
As I continue to work on part 2 of this piece, I urge everyone to become active in the political process because the outcome of the next election WILL be determined by the evil aspirations of The Koch brothers and their kind, if voter apathy is allowed to occur. We have a president who is advancing this country forward after an unprecedented and almost fatal collapse of our economy. The demonic duo(Charles&David Koch) want to thwart this progress and take our country straight to hell while lining their greedy pockets with even more money. The rest of this piece should serve notice to all, that these guys are working non-stop to help Republicans regain The White House, and they literally will do anything, and walk through anyone too achieve their evil agenda.
